DrIve CLiQ is a serial real-time interface based on e thernet technology, acting between the key drive systems including motors and encoders and is used to reduce component diversity. e lectronic type labels in the devices allow the automatic identification of all drive components via the Drive CLiQ cable, therefore manual data input is no longer necessary in start-ups or exchanges. Other than conventional resolver cables, Dr Ive CLiQ cables can be plugged and unplugged under power which further reduces downtimes.
